What is Bidfroo Live and online auction?

Bidfroo regularly hosts both live streaming and online auctions. Throughout a live auction, the auctioneer accepts online bids via Bidfroo Live Streaming, to determine the final hammer price and buyer of each item offered for sale.

 

Online auctions are updated daily so be sure to visit our website to bid on the lastest products.

 

Our live streaming platform will showcase both our latest auction items and upcoming products.

How do I bid in an online auction?

You can start bidding in our online auctions by registering an account on our website, REGISTER NOW

 

You can then;

  1. go to the auction you wish to bid on
  2. check the starting price, current bid and the description
  3. place the amount you wish to bid by either agree with the set increment or type in a higher amount
  4. Click "Place Bid" 
  5. Check the bidding amount, if correct click "Confirm Bid"

You will be notified if you have been out bidded, and you can then place a higher bid if you wish. 

 

Please Note:

 

  • In a soft close or dynamic close auction, if there are more than two bids and the auction is within 30 seconds of ending, the auction will automatically be extended by 30 seconds. This process will continue as long as there are active bidders, meaning that the auction will be repeatedly extended until there are no more bids during the extended time period. This type of auction is designed to prevent sniping and ensure that the highest bidder has a fair chance to win.
How do I bid in Bidfroo Live sale?

Once you have created a Bidfroo account, liked our Facebook Page and follow us on Instagram. You can then view our Bidfroo Live streaming on our Homepage by clicking the Live streaming button or go to the screen at the bottom of the page. Contact us through our Facebook or Instagram Messenger after you have won an auction during Live. Our staff will then arrange payment and delivery.

 

Bidfroo Live is an online bidding platform that allows you to place bids while viewing the sale livestream. Also a place where can you learn about the details and information of our products.

How do I register for an auction?

Before you can bid for the auction, you need to create a Bidfroo account on our website, REGISTER NOW. Once you have a Bidfroo account, along with the relevant identifying information, you can sign up for any auction. 

Where can I find auction results?

To view auction results, please log into your account and view "Bidding History" once the auction has closed.

 

If you have bidded in the auction, please log in your account and visit ‘Member Area’ for details.

How can I learn about upcoming auctions and lots?

You can find out about upcoming auctions through our Facebook Page and Instagram. Don't forget to like and follow!

I've paid for my item. Why haven't I received it yet?

It is always frustrating when a shipment takes too long to arrive especially with international shipments, and there are a number of reasons as to why this happens.

 

We would like to encourage that you ensure the tracking information you have received on the shipment is correct and updating consistently. As soon as we ship the object, we’ll send you an email with the information on the shipment status.


If you cannot find tracking information or if it is taking longer than the estimated shipping time, we recommend that you contact us and discuss the situation directly. Please let us know if your item does not arrive within 20 days of shipment. This way, we can ensure that your payment will be retained.

What should I do if my lot has been delivered damaged?

If your lot is unfortunately damaged upon delivery, notify us within 3 days of delivery (the exact date will be recorded via Track & Trace). Please note that once the 3 day period expires, we will not be able to refund the payment.

 

 

In addition, we recommend that you also contact the transportation company to report the incident (the photo above will help support your claim).

 

We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If your item is damaged, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

 

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of the date of purchase if the product is damaged or faulty. To initiate a return, please contact us at [bidfroolimited@gmail.com] to obtain a return authorization number.

 

When contacting us, please include:

  • At least 3 photos of the condition of the lot at the time of receipt, showing damage caused during transportation.
  • At least 2 photos of packaging (label clearly visible)
  • A short description of the main issues of the order.

 

In addition, we recommend that you also contact the transportation company to report the incident (the photo above will help support your claim).

 

Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, depending on your preference.

 

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and consider purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

 

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange for a replacement or refund. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Which payment method can I use?
